Appointment Policies
Respecting Your Time and Ours
Scheduling
We value your time and reserve appointments specifically for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to offer the appointment to another patient in need. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality care for all patients.

Payment Responsibility
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, checks and easy payment plans.
Insurance
We are an out-of-network provider for all dental insurance plans. However, we are happy to file claims for you and will do what we can to help you maximize your dental benefits.
